I believe that the relationship between a counselor and client is the key ingredient in the growing and healing process. My counseling style is drawn from many research-based therapies. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. I love to discover new ways to help others find clarity and resolve their dilemmas. My hope for my clients is to help them find peace and learn to manage life gracefully. I am a Certified Kink Conscious Therapist. My specialties include working with LGBTQIA+ community, Kink, and BDSM. I have extensive trauma experience. Alternative ways of living are my specialties, and I am honored to work with anyone navigating or living these lifestyles. I understand that life is a personal roadmap and sometimes we just need a little help to find our way through it.
